Results Views
Results Views are an essential feature for research data management, providing customizable and focused views of complex datasets. This guide will help you understand and leverage Results Views to improve your data analysis and management process
Managing research data can be overwhelming due to the sheer volume of information. Result Views offer a solution by allowing users to create specialized filters that highlight relevant subsets of data.
Understanding Results Views
Results Views are an extension of the Overall Results Table, designed to provide filtered and focused perspectives on your data. They appear as additional tabs next to the Overall Results Table and update in real-time to reflect the latest data changes. This feature ensures that you can always access the most current and relevant information.
Key Features:
- Real-Time Updates: Reflects the latest data from the Overall Results Table.
- Customizable Filters: Focus on specific subsets of data based on various criteria.
- Exportability: Can be exported as CSV files for further analysis.
- Comment Integration: Displays comments in each row, maintaining context across views.
The Overall Results Table offers a comprehensive view of a project's data, presenting a complete dataset. In contrast, Result Views provide specialized filters that focus on particular aspects of the data. This distinction allows users to zoom in on specific details without losing the context of the overall dataset.
