Where do I get notified when someone @mentions me?

When someone uses your @alias, you will get notified both within the cmrad.com web platform and via email.

When you are mentioned in a case, you will be notified via notification if you have enabled notifications on your account.

In your profile settings, you can customize your notification preferences, including choosing to receive updates by email.
