What technical requirements are needed to host an in-person event?
Hosting an in-person event involves various technical requirements to ensure a positive experience for all. Here's a list of technical requirements you might consider at the venue.

- Each user at the venue should have a minimum network speed of 70 Mbps.
A network connection of approximately 1 Gbps can generally support up to 50 users, but additional capacity may be required at venues depending on usage.

- Ideally, presenter computers should be connected via Ethernet or a wired network separate from the audience for stable connectivity and smooth presentations.
- A minimum network speed of 100+ Mbps is recommended for the presenter.
