What technical requirements are recommended to host an in-person event?
Hosting an in-person event involves various technical requirements to ensure a positive experience for all. Here's a list of technical requirements to consider at the venue.

Hardware Requirements:
- 💻 🖥️ Computers or laptops with an external landscape monitor and a mouse are recommended for the best user experience.
RAM: 16 GB is recommended (where possible). - 📱 ⚠️ Smartphones and tablets are not currently supported.

Network 🛜
- Each user at the venue should have a minimum network speed of at least 70 Mbps.

A network connection of approximately 1 Gbps can generally support up to 40 users, but additional capacity may be required at venues depending on usage.
Presenter Computer 🖥️🔌🖱️

Presenters should ideally use an Ethernet connection or a dedicated wired network (separate from the audience) to ensure stable connectivity and smooth presentations. A minimum speed of 100 Mbps is recommended for the presenter.
